Journey Towards Wellness Our office is located within the Aspen Springs Building at 1 Hartwell Avenue (Unit 103) in Bowmanville.
Directions from 401 - travel north up Bowmanville Avenue to Hartwell Avenue (approximately 1km north of Baseline Road). Enter the building in the main doors, and travel down the set of stairs or elevator to the first floor. You will see Suite 103 and enter there. Please remove your shoes and feel free to have a seat in our waiting room. Help yourself to a beverage and/or treat. If you arrive for your appointment to find the door is locked, please call us at 365-305-0380, and we will be right out to greet you.
