In Crisis Now? Supports Available
If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, help is available.
In Canada, you can call or text 9-8-8 to connect with the Suicide Crisis Helpline anytime, day or night. If your safety is at immediate risk, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and you do not have to navigate this alone.

Your decision to come to therapy is your first step to creating a brighter future. I am passionate about working with you to make this possible. I am an integrative psychotherapist drawing from client-centred, and evidence-based modalities to create a treatment specifically tailored to you. I like to meet you where you are, walk alongside you as together, we navigate the path to your authentic self.
My background as a teacher, educational assistant, personal support worker, and entrepreneur have provided transferable skills to enhance my skills as a registered psychotherapist (qualifying). I enjoy working with children, youth, adults, seniors from all backgrounds. I work through Westernized and diverse lenses. I am an African Canadian married to a Canadian, so I am well positioned to explore the nuances of both customs as well as other diverse groups. I am culturally competent and trauma-informed and believe that being seen, heard, and understood no matter your background is crucial.
My vast lived experiences have deepened my empathetic, compassionate and authentic approach to therapy. I believe in the value of a strong therapeutic relationship delivered in a safe, warm and secure environment.
